no one wants to march around in a parade anymore. no one wants to waste time with the union and the egos running it. no one wants to hear some old crusty asshole yell at them when you present new ideas. nope, nope and noper. dont be surprised, the apathy was self induced by a failure to move forward , be welcoming and have civil discussions. instead its a #### slinging contest of cavemen. smart people wont waste their time with that BS. so they got what they wanted and deserved.
