Are you referring to the new lieutenant assignments that came out the other day? I don’t see anyone going to OFI. Are you referring to The Bureau? Maybe I’m confused on what you were talking about. If so I apologize. But I do see your point about the standards. I also have been blessed with great officers in my career. Pride on this job is being replaced by bitterness and an unwillingness to learn the job. Maybe one day it will change but not in the foreseeable future.
