His incompetence will soon be evident, unfortunately he's in a position now to really hurt the membership with his lack of knowledge and understanding of contracts. His reading comprehension skills have always been low, and frequently "had to get clarification" before he made a statement because he repeats what others have said. The city will take full advantage of his disability in short order...wait and see.
