They are saying its racist to follow anti-discrimination laws. This is the same spin that went on during Jim Crow and integration. It was racist to force people to integrate if they didn't want to. It's racist to assume minorities need representation in voting districts, meanwhile as Cincy says, states are now lining up to draw racist maps that limit minority representation.*
