For a long time, I made it a daily habit: find the LinkedIn post that resonated with me most that day, and share it on the Victors board.
No grand strategy. Just a simple ritual of passing along something worth reading.
What’s happened since? Others have started doing the same.
Posts that make you think. Posts that challenge. Posts that encourage. They’re showing up on the Victors board now from voices other than mine — and that’s the whole point.
Engagement isn’t just likes and comments. Sometimes it’s sparking a habit in someone else. Sometimes it’s quietly shifting the culture of a community toward something more thoughtful.
If you curate good ideas consistently, people notice. And eventually, they carry it forward themselves.
