Rules

• The Vulcan Peak is where homeless mares come to live as a sisterhood. Stallions may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Warriors keep mainly to fighting, Thinkers keep mainly to raiding, and Politicians may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Codebreaker or Prime Minister for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Prime Minister maintains order within the Peak and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Peak works on the Rules page.

don't smile when you see me

Hrist had been on patrol as she watched the ghostly stallion approach the edges of the Peak. A smirk curled her lips, muscles tightening with anticipation when he’d go just a step to far, but unfortunately he stopped. He calls out, his eyes watchful, but doesn’t seem to spot her among the thick foliage. Good, she wants to know who he calls for.

When Saphris appears, Hrist narrows her eyes in suspicion. Especially as the mare doesn’t greet him with pinned ears and snapping teeth. But perhaps that is why her vulcan sister is strapped with children while Hrist was not. Did she wish to make more?

The frown upon Saphris’ expression was all that Hrist needed to saunter out of her hiding place to the pair. She had already been growing impatient watching them, and that was a good enough cue.

“You bring old news to mix with your lies.” She stated coolly, as if this was just an ordinary conversation as she came to a halt standing shoulder to shoulder with Saphris facing the stallion. “Don’t think that I can’t see you, stallion. No matter how gentle you might make your words to seem believable.”

She tips her head then, gaze cutting to Saphris. “If you wish to keep him here, you can always claim him, Sister.” She says. “Otherwise, I think it’s time for him to go.” This was Saphris’ meeting after all, so she would leave the decision to her.
