Fellow Airman Aircrew Members,
It is now almost six months since I was given the privilege of becoming Patron of the Airman Aircrew Association. Past Patrons Col Tigwell and Bob Heffernan left big shoes to fill. During my time on the C130's and the B707 I worked for, with and had work for me many great people. The upcoming reunion in Coffs Harbour is an opportunity for us all to catch up with old mates and to make new ones. I would encourage all of you to consider taking a couple of days out to attend. I have not made all the reunions, but I certainly enjoyed those I have attended. No matter what category of aircrew we were, or are currently, we all have had opportunities to do things and go places others never did. I look forward to seeing old mates and meeting new ones. If you can make it, come to Coffs Harbour in October to share time, a few drinks and tell a few stories, true or fiction. Best wishes to all, Tony. Replies:
