A lot of bullshit and a few salient points imo. There's as much evidence of oligarchy failing as succeeding, and to claim china wants a "rules based internatonial order" when they have the world's most beligerant illegal fishing and martitime policies is laughable

that said, there is certainly an issue with oligarchy in the West meeting it worldwide in places it wouldn't before Trumpism.
