Thanks Tiger, I'll put a response together shorty. Not sure it's worth my time and energy although it is important for people involved with the sport now to understand who they are rubbing elbows with. Do you happen to have any of my posts in the archives from the time period of the discrimination lawsuit. If you can bring them back up that would be great.

Specifically what the claim was:

Unfair hiring practices for US citizens.

Our attempt to mediate, requesting:

1. A opportunity for US citizens to try out for open playing positions before hiring people from Mexico and other countries.

2. Re-open the amateurs' program. (the program was shuttered to prevent locals from learning and requesting employment although, Orlando and North Miami remained open due to different owners. We've heard the many other excuses but those who were there know)

3. Provide a multi year contract due to the years of unfair hiring practices.
