I've received details of the new date for the Tennis First Lunch at Wimbledon, which will be on Sunday September 25th. Same as last time at �60 per person - anyone interested in joining me???   - Not sure I can do much about that Liz, but I'll put in a request! :-) I'll try and find out when Tim's likely to play but that might not be possible until quite close to the time, so I'm not sure it's worth trying to arrange a block booking for tickets.         I recognise that Nadal is a great player and always seems to be very pleasant in interviews. I don't know about anybody else but I just miss Tim, .. but on the other hand I'm glad not to have to go through the tension! Strange! I will never follow a player again in the same way. While at my friend Jean's yesterday, her local Time & Leisure mag was delivered.(Wandsworth,Wimbledon,Putney).Tim was on front cover and an article inside re coaching etc. with nice photo. Heard Andy Murray being interviewed on radio 5 live after his win today ... dear oh dear ... WHAT a voice, even the radio presenter commented that if that was Murray being happy, he'd hate to hear him when he's sad!! WHAT a blinking voice! Tim was mesmerising in comparison! Tittle Tattle in the Daily Mail about Tim being paid a lot of money for a fortnight's work on Wimbledon, saying he's getting more than Sue Barker, and that his commentary is wooden, etc. DON'T THEY KNOW!! Royal Wedding. Watching the repeat of The Royal Wedding' last night on BBC1 at 8.30 pm there was a lovely picture of Tim's mum and Dad leaving the Abbey with the other guests.         Didn't see any of the wedding at all as we left for France on the night ferry on Thursday and only got home late last night! Tennis First lunch at Wimbledon - unfortunately they didn't sell enough tickets for this event in April so have had to cancel. League of their own mentioned by Angela was repeated last night. I always watch it Mondays as more convenient. This was No 2 of the new series. Maybe repeated again.
