Ernie, there is not a doubt in my mind that you and many others can be counted on now and always, but as you well know we need some support from all if possible and we need to have that support now. We are trying to negotiate with the the pension board and their Attorney and it would be nice to know what position we are negotiating from so as any proposal we make can be supported. It appears that the board and their attorney want more than just our word. It is also important to establish our position as soon as possible because Carrington has to be paid and the longer this takes the more it cost in legal fees. The Board will not negotiate directly with us so the lawyers are involved and every minute, stamp, letter, appearance, phone call etc. is charged for. That process just adds to the 115,000. We need to stop the cycle.
