Jerry I read the info you posted about the election of officers, then I pulled up the by laws on the web page and I still couldn't find any answers regarding the question "do you have to be present at the meeting and vote in person for the list of officers"? I guess the best way to ask is this; do those of us who live out of state get to vote for the officers as well as on the issues that come up or do we just have to take whatever the locals decide?
