Look Jerry, I’m not trying to stir up anything but it‘s beginning to look like that is a standard response whenever anyone questions anything this organization does. Instead of criticizing someone who asks a question, that energy could be much better spent trying to find a solution. I just believe those of us who are members should be able to vote on issues concerning us. Why would we even want to be a member of an organization if we have no say in any of the decisions? Our By-Laws are pretty clear as far as the voting of the members goes. If we aren’t going to follow our By-Laws why even bother with them?
I understand the officers are unpaid volunteers but they knew that going in, it wasn’t dumped on them as a surprise. In fact I haven’t heard a single officer complain about it so I assume they still feel the dedication they did when they accepted the jobs.
Jerry you are a friend from many years past and I certainly don’t want to make any of this a personal issue between you and me. It is an issue between the members and the organization. I am not trying to be nasty when I ask this, but why can we not get answers from some of the Board Members of the RF&PA. Seems to me that’s their job.
