The litigation on that interest is still pending and according to Pension Board member Pat Lynch during the last Retirees General Membership meeting in January, we should be hearing from the pension board in the next few weeks.

According to Mr. Lynch, Judge Stoddard will be reviewing the request by the attorney for the lawsuit and when his decision has been rendered, the pension board will know what to do next.
