To All Retirees,
I was reminded by email that I had said that I would post my decision on this matter on the web site. So here goes. After hearing the attorney speak at our luncheon, I didn't hear anything that would change my mind. In fact the attorney told our group that he wouldn't answer any more of my questions since he didn't like my questions. I reminded him that he had to answer our questions, that he was our attorney. He responded that he didn't have to respond to all of them. The attorney also advised that Jim Loper didn't give him any confidential information or assist with the lawsuit. I believe this to be a false statement since Jim Loper testified, under oath, that he gave the attorney the background research information and even wrote some of the lawsuit. I WILL BE OPTING "OUT." i FULLY BELEIVE THAT i DON'T OWE THIS ATTORNEY ONE RED CENT AND I AM NOT GOING TO JOIN THE CLASS. What ever way you go, you must do it by May 15. That is the cutoff date if you are going to OPT-OUT. If you are in, you don't have to do anything, you are automatically in the Class. That is it for now.
