During the day, sentries guard the sleeping. When the sky is dark and the moon dances with the stars, this is when the real fun begins. Munashii Gekko's forest is the only haunt where you can find your local misfits all in one place. A land of the forbidden and forgotten, a place that is riddled with dangers of a whole different kind. The wolves here have long misplaced their rightful minds, and now live like creatures damned to prowl and lurk through the night. It's easy to lose yourself here, sanity was sure to fade away and wither; there was never anything normal about this nefarious nest. The silent threats that whispered in the breeze were enough to deter even the largest of demons around. It was not strength nor wit that ensured your survival here with Eric, and challengers would be torn down with a morose lethality - there was nothing left in his cold blue eyes that promised mercy to anyone who dared to overstep their worth. So, would you give up the sun for the moon and stars? Do you have enough vigor to become a well regarded sentry? - Put on a game face to step up and pass the sepia king's test or turn and leave before he catches your scent. You never know who wants to snack on your delicious blood in this forest.

Busy busy busy. It seemed the pack’s borders would be well worked before the day was out. The Eleventh Plague didn’t mind it … border patrol was a fairly easy job. Quite time consuming, and while some didn’t like that particular feature, he saw it as something to keep his mind from wandering to its darkest corners. Corners far darker than the most sinister shadows in the dead of night. Yes, better to stray from those and concentrate on the mind numbing job that most every pack member did at one point or another. Though this one was different. He realized this as his ashen paws moved towards the female … her smell was vaguely familiar to his nares. Thinking back, he remembered that she and a pup had been together at the pack meeting, though neither had introduced themselves. Though as his nostrils expanded to fit in more smells, it seemed she had brought home more little pests.

Aye, TEP wasn’t a large fan of puppies.

When the ivory brujo found the female and her swarm of little ones, they were all lying in a submissive posture. His dark coffee lamps took in the odd scene for a moment … a bit thrown off as to why she would submit, or why she would bring the unaccepted youth into the territory. His sigh had a bit of a grumble in it. He kept his posture at that of an omega, though the fact that he was to be taken as seriously as any other pack member should not be forsaken. The soldier halted his steps a few feet from the group.

Move them outside the borders until the alpha arrives to deny or accept them.

His words were delivered curtly, in more the style of “strongly advising” than a direct order. He figured for their sake she would move them to the border to wait. And he found it odd that she had submitted as well … wasn’t she already accepted? He mentally shrugged it away, though, deciding if she really wanted to submit then let her. He stood there, waiting for her to move the miniature infestation she intended to set upon the land. Figured then he would call and explain to the alphas the situation.

nor for the arrow that flieth by day
