Larry if Parker had not file the law suit we may not have gotten any money at all and at least some one has won an argument agaisnt the pension board. When they pay the pension board attorney his fees, and sometimes they run in the tens of thousands they don't complaint. When they took our settlements they din't complaint.
It seens that we are the only ones looking out to save money out the pension fund when they voted the extra multiplier and gave it retroactive to the all the active members without being funded the pension board was not concerned about how much they were spending or how much it would cost in the future to cover the unfunded libility.
