The fear in her pools was enough to drive him insane, yet oddly he was still able to keep his cool. The new King Kong would have been concerned for her, wanting her to come out her shell and gain confidence in herself. The new King Kong, the one that had been dormant for months, well, he was pacing inside his vessel, clawing at the sides to get out and do destruction. The funny thing was, Kong didn't know whether he wanted to fight it or not. A small part of him yearned to be caring again, yearned to be the wolf that Paranoia had wanted him to be, not this monster that Angel, her brother, would probably have more in common with. A small part of him fought it, but the larger part of him just didn't care. Didn't care what side won or lost. He was fine in his numb state while the good and evil fought their own little battle inside.
She was watching him like a hawk, and he couldn't say whether he liked it. It was like she was trying to bore right into the core of himself, begging for the good side to win. She'd make one pretty little cheerleader, he thought to himself with a smirk. Yes, he had noted the femina's slender framework and imagined what she would be like with self confidence, with her pate held high and her banner wagging freely instead of tucked between her hinds. It was truly a beautiful sight.
The bruja had decided to speak, it would seem, as he saw her prick her tuners and felt he loose breath fall from her jaws as one trying to rid themselves of the oxygen before speaking. Her question perked up his own listeners as he actually took a moment to frown and think about it. She had simply come to the conclusion that he didn't like her. He thought to himself, was that really true? Hell, he barely knew the czaress to know if he liked her or not. He knew she wasn't thinking in the romantic sense, even the old King Kong would have laughed at that, seeing as how he really only had eyes for one girl, and that girl was long gone and who knows if she'd ever be coming back. But did he really just not like her? It didn't seem as simple as that. Without her there, he would have no one to talk to, no one to witness the fury threatening to burst out. Did he really want a witness for that, though? Even he couldn't answer that.
"I don't know you enough to make an opinion on either side of that fence."
It seemed a good enough answer, at least to his harks. He couldn't just right out and say 'you're right, I don't like you.' He was still an honest wolf, even with how confused he was right now, and he still couldn't picture himself saying that. It would have been more the dormant Kong's style to say 'I don't care either way, I just want to kill you.'
He watched her go through thoughts to herself before lifting her tight muzzle in a defiant manner, yet her twins went a completely different way, facing down at the ground, away from his sunkist mirrors. It was quite a picture, causing the smirk to tighten on his features. She wanted to face up to him, really she did, and he would have admired that another day. Really, he didn't know what he would do about it now if she did totally commit to it and stare him right in the eye. Hell, he might be tempted to take an eye to keep for himself.
OOC: It's okay, and I'm sorry about your computer. Hope you get it fixed or get a new one, soon. ]=
