Seeing Sin’s tail wag allowed her to know Sin was glad to see her, something that brightened the huntress mood to know. The blind she-wolf’s own head dipped in return. The other black vixen’s melody hit the air, catching unaware auds as she waited in shocked silence. The other goddess rarely showed emotion, and it seemed hard to touch her barrier, but apparently the younger femme had. Smiling, her own voice came out to reply, her tone understanding and soft.
You too Sin. Thanks.
It was so soft, only she would be able to hear, and understand the thanks as what it was meant for. Basically everything though, helping raise and train her, caring for her really. She turned to settle down near her, ready to protect her since she was the closest thing to alpha here. Any loner would be stupid to try anything. Vela turned to see another form entering the clearing, this one familiar to her somewhat. Braveheart, an ebony and scarlet colored brute, one of Athena’s old litter pups had arrived. He was in teen hood, like her two fosterlings Mimic and Saydin. Hazel orbs attempted to meet with brown ones as she gave a nod in his direction for greeting. She wondered if the youngster even remembered her. Probably not. But it was obvious he recognized Sin, the beta of the lands here. The wolfess greeted him as well.
Ebony pricked towers alerted her to another approach, and soon Akina’s scent was noted along with her figure appearing. Another scent was noticeable on her coat, one that had almost become forgotten, but due to smelling him from the past few days the Iota knew Blood Titan was back. In all honesty, the huntress didn’t know whether to be glad their old reigning alpha had returned, or to resent him for the sorrow he put her past Queen through. When Akina’s gaze came over her, she cast her a questioning look wondering what was going on, but otherwise she simply smiled and dipped her head in greeting. It wasn’t long before the femme she considered her friend went over to her pup, and greeted him with affectionate licks. He was quick to give protests that made her smile. They ended with her questioning where the siblings were, and looking around she realized he was the only one. Indeed, where were the, used to be royal heirs? Or where they still, now that Titan was back? Everything was confusing, but she simply called her mind with knowing everything would soon be answered. Sin spoke again, this time her lyrics directed to Akina to let her know the meeting will start soon. So the beta was conducting it? Vela preferred that, and she would remain where she was in a protective stance nearby. Even if she knew Sin didn’t need it. Familiar scents caught her interest, Mimic and Saydin, and orbs seeked their forms out as they came into view at a run.
The two soon slowed down as they got closer, and they were quick to give out greetings to familiar faces. Akina, Sin, and Braveheart, all fellow pack members. Their teen forms soon found their way to Vela, who greeted them with a cheerful nuzzle, which Saydin was better at accepting then Mimic. His ebony and ivory form side stepped a little, worried he might get the same treatment Akina gave her son. It wasn’t long before they settled in to wait for the meeting to start, a little off from Vela, more toward the edge of the clearing for Saydin’s benefit. The Iota knew her adopted daughter didn’t like to feel like others were watching her, or if she was in the open of other wolves.
Hazel jewels looked to a new, slightly recognizable figure as the femme approached. Red China, another of Akina’s offspring, that Sin had gone to rescue. Vela hadn’t really met the younger lass, although she would have liked to, she hadn’t sought her out figuring she would need time. After all the change and reconnection of her family must have been stressful at first. A quick, sweet smile was quick to come in welcome as she looked toward her with chocolate jewels, but it wasn’t long before her gaze shifted away to Sin. Maybe she would have a conversation with Red China another time. Vela smelled the scent of another wolf enter the clearing, but it was awhile before she looked to the brute that had followed Akina here. Blood Titan, who was looking over all the wolves in the clearing, but it was obvious he only showed recognization to Sin. Funny, she had been here since the siblings Ghost and Aurora North ruled, yet he didn’t remember her as a member? The male went over to stand next to Akina and Braveheart, and she wondered when was the last time he saw them. Probably when they were still only allowed inside the den to nurse. Why was she being so cold hearted? Surely the past King had a reason for leaving? Anyways it didn’t matter, Freedom was their ruler now. The young goddess wished she had a friend to talk to now, and wondered if Cody was even still around the lands. Surely he would be up for a conversation with her?
Her gaze went to two of Akina’s children play fighting, and her gaze went to Saydin and Mimic to see their reaction. Saydin’s tail was gently thumping the ground as she watched on in silence. The teenage lass was too shy to ever ask to join, and Mimic, well he wouldn’t leave his sibling alone to play with another. He really did fit the big brother role, although Vela wished they would be more outgoing. Being an only child made the ebony girl very spontaneous, often getting her in trouble, and spoke her mind. Hachiko and Ninkou Latora arrived and she would of gave them a greeting if either looked to her, but otherwise Vela remained silent as she observed everyone else. She figured Cry of Freedom would be the only one left missing, unless the rest of Athena’s returned litter showed. The Iota had scented them on the wind, and wondered if Mimic and Saydin knew yet. Aurora Borelias’s current King finally showed himself, and after glancing around he gave a nod to her and Akina. A return nod was given in greeting before she looked to Sin, wondering if she would say why she called them yet. Just when she thought everyone was here, a multi-hued colored loner approached them. The femme wasted no time in going up to Sin, who would seem like the alphess at the time because of the way everything was situated. Her submission was slight, with only a bow of her head…Would that be accepted? The stranger didn’t even give a name before she settled herself away from everyone else. Curiosity came from Vela, along with a little bit of anger, but she kept herself cool as she looked to Sin for guidance.
