Bright Moon - a land sullied by mystery and the ravaging scars of a terrible fire. Abandoned as a pack land for years, the terra has been used as a gathering place for the brazen and bloodthirsty drawn there by the lingering pall of death. Yet from the ashes there comes an unordained phoenix, the rainbow hues of hope glinting in her mismatched globes. Through the obsidian drapes obscuring the scenery, she alone was able to catch the perfumed aroma of new life on the breeze and hear the sluggish streams flowing ever swifter into the morning.

Thus, with a purpose, she set out to map the incognita, discovering daily the extent of the reawakening and unearthing within herself a desire to return the landscape to its former glory. Now she stands tall as privileged Alpha of the lands, lording over the rock-strewn prairie and bountiful forests with a firm but gentle paw.

Having finally realized her deepest longing to be a queen, Satowra is focused solely on the revival and maintenance of the Bright Moon Pack. Her question to each prospective warrior that comes to the border is simple:

"Do you have what it takes?"

It was always silent at night. The inky black sky was like velvet and the stars were fireflies. All I could hear was the lapping of the lake against the shore. The occasional sound of a chirp or a cricket singing would reach my auds to remind me I wasn't deaf, the world was just mute. It was like time was frozen and the only thing still moving was the body of liquid and the soild beating of my heart. Loudly, I exhaled and a cloud quickly floated around her before fading. How I loved the night. It was so quiet and I was alone with no-one to bother me..Not that company wasn't something I enjoyed either. Emerald luminaries searched over the river that ran throughout Bright Moon, as if I were to see a fish flop out of the water and then dive right back in. Ever since the letter from Kershov had been sent for Tamlin's ears only, the borders had become silent. Not that I wasn't that active either-With nothing to do on the borders, that left for out-of-lands communication with other wolves, or just alone time to collect my thoughts.

Alone time had sounded a bit good, until Tamlin showed up and embarressed me by watching my little scene with the damned bug. I grumbled at my idiocity, but then chuckled lightly as I thought of the sight that must have been. Sighing, I watched as the sky's colors changed from dark to light; Muave colors tinted the skies, breaking the first signs of morning. Rising to my paws, I decided I might as well run the border once or twice. Stretching my muscles, my ebony audettes pinned themselves down, but quickly raised back up again as I began to lope forward. There weren't many scents that I could pick up on, but the few-days-old aroma of an old packmate and Tamlin.. Kushina, was her name? Even as I put the face to the name, I knew it had been a while since she had entered the territory-perhaps she had wished to re-enter with Tamlin's permission? Understandable, and very respectful of her to ask for readmission.

Radars searched for a strange odor at the borders, but found nothing. Sighing, I slowed to a light trot, nearly jumping out of my skin as my King's call echoed throughout the land. Gosh, what was my problem lately? Immediatly I stiffened, putting on my soldier/warrior facade, rather than the softer tone it had been handling lately. Swiftly pushing myeslf in the direction of the howl, I knew others were arriving before me-considering I was on on the opposite side of the domain. Being second-in-command, I sorta felt a little disappointment of not being the first to arrive to my Alpha, but there are always those times. I slowed my pace as I came up on the group, I found that I was the fifth to get here.

Taking a deep breath to steady myself, I lifted my banner to it's beta position, emerald windows serious and landing on everyone's frames as I broke through the foliage. My dark hued, muscular bodice walked gracefully towards Tamlin's ivory one. For a split second, I let my line of vision fall upon his own navy optics. The unwanted flashback of myself jumping to catch that tiny bug with so much determination, and my pallid King's humorous reaction to the one-person production had me actually blush; not that it was noticable. But if you could see the pale skin of mine under my shadowed cloak, it would have been a rosy red by now. Damn it! "Tamlin." The slight downward motion of my head was the nod towards the leader before I took my place at his right flank, lowering myself onto my haunches and wrapping my tail around me contently. While I still had his attention for the moment, I let the corners of my obsidian lips slip upwards in a slight smirk as my lyrics whispered out towards him. "How nice to see you on such a more serious note."
