The only money John Parker has recieved is the same amount as you and all the rest of us eligible retirees , which is $5700.00. The Opt _Outs recieved $1600.00 more but as I understand it they will have to reinburse the Pension Fund any ammount the Court rules
must be paid from the " Common Fund ".
