Paws thumping across the earth and fur rustling in the breeze announced their movements. Both younger wolves padded from the bridge to sit with Jaye a moment as introductions were passed around. The female, who called herself Selene, truly did sound to be a lovely creature. As far as Jaye could tell by the sound of her voice, she was shy and unsure of herself. But she was young and there was much for her to learn. She would get there one day. Then Pan spoke from directly in front of Jaye, such a good boy he was to stay within her line of "sight". He was one of the few wolves Jaye felt comfortable around in the pack as she had known him, if only a little, before the sky fell. Pan was wise beyond his years but he could be rather blunt and a bit harsh, though Jaye never took it to heart. Pan was Pan and it was up to Jaye to accept him for who he is. As he introduced Jaye, the black queen bowed her head and gave a pleasant smile. At the mention of Bahamut, her heart gave a sob and for a split second the smile faltered. Even though two years, almost three, had pasted since the Dragon King's death, Jaye still felt the raw pain and the intense longing to be with him again. Soon. One day soon she would run with him again. For now, Jaye would remain here with her beloved Dude and her children. Then, as Pan introduced Selene as the Soul of Weylin, Jaye's ears shot up and an even bigger smile stretched across her face. She stood up and bowed even deeper with her ears and tail low to show the utmost respect for the Queen of Glorall. "Oh my goodness, please forgive my rudeness. Had I known you were the alpha's mate I would not have spoken in such a way. I have to say, I am happy my grandson has imprinted on such a sweet wolfess like you, Selene. I hope his is treating you alright? If not, I shall have to give him a piece of my mind," Jaye said with a chuckle. Though they were dead, her eyes gave a sparkle of merriment as she teased her grandson. Then, Pan mentioned something about a bridge and Jaye looked at him. Jaye choose to simply ignore the bluntness of his comments and nodded her head. "Alright, let me give it a try to see if it is suitable for one such as me." Jaye moved forward slowly and sniffed around the bank of the water until her nose lightly bumped the bridge. She turned to Pan and Selene and smiled again, something she did quite often, and cocked her head to the side. "Perhaps it would be best if someone where to go with me? Is it large enough for two to walk across? Also, what's on the other side?"
