Bright Moon - a land sullied by mystery and the ravaging scars of a terrible fire. Abandoned as a pack land for years, the terra has been used as a gathering place for the brazen and bloodthirsty drawn there by the lingering pall of death. Yet from the ashes there comes an unordained phoenix, the rainbow hues of hope glinting in her mismatched globes. Through the obsidian drapes obscuring the scenery, she alone was able to catch the perfumed aroma of new life on the breeze and hear the sluggish streams flowing ever swifter into the morning.

Thus, with a purpose, she set out to map the incognita, discovering daily the extent of the reawakening and unearthing within herself a desire to return the landscape to its former glory. Now she stands tall as privileged Alpha of the lands, lording over the rock-strewn prairie and bountiful forests with a firm but gentle paw.

Having finally realized her deepest longing to be a queen, Satowra is focused solely on the revival and maintenance of the Bright Moon Pack. Her question to each prospective warrior that comes to the border is simple:

"Do you have what it takes?"

[Tamlin] The Cry of Destiny
IP: 76.23.244.182

Kahlan’s ears had picked up the information brute had replied with – his name and that he had been born into the pack. His voice was rough and his speech was short, but Kahlan didn’t mind – after spending two years with her almost always silent brother, she was used to such. So his name was Spark. She had not heard his name spoken by others, but that did not really surprise her – from what she had noticed so far, many of Sawtooth’s members kept to themselves or were quiet to say the least. The fae remained silent as the brute sat down, wrapping his black tipped tail around his crimson bodice. Her amber orbs focused upon him, studying him whilst they awaited the arrival of Tamlin or another of Bright Moon’s pack members. Although she had some russet coloring throughout her coat, the brute that sat next to her had an almost entirely red coat, and she had never seen the likes of it before.

Spark cleared his throat and spoke as he looked at Kahlan – she noticed that his orbs were the color of a storm cloud, a bit of an uncommon color, and she allowed her own orbs to lock upon his. His first question addressed whether Kahlan liked Saw Tooth…his speech was stuttered, so Kahlan smiled at the brute reassuringly. Then her twin towers picked up the next short sentence of dialogue, asking for her to excuse his social skills. The brute’s speech was staggered once more, and the brute had sighed afterward. Kahlan’s smile remained upon her maw, not at all phased.

The fae opened her maw to answer the first question that the brute had presented. “I do indeed like Saw Tooth… my brother Henadin and I were accepted but a short period of time ago. And yet I feel like it is home already. Although I do regret that I haven’t made many friends yet…” The fae’s speech paused as she laughed shortly. “Not that I mean to say that I have made enemies… I just haven’t met many others. I’m friends with Cai and Mae and Kori… and my brother of course. But that is about it.” She kept her voice quiet out of habit, but it rang through the afternoon air cleanly. “As for your social skills, there is nothing to excuse.” She allowed an easy smile to lay upon her maw. “So do you like living in Sawtooth, Spark?” Kahlan asked the question to try to keep the light conversation going, in addition to trying to get to know the brute better.
