Romance is in the air...this is probably the most beautiful and scenic place in Blossom Forest. For the athletic and determined to come with their mates, for time away from pups. Only adults may come here; some of the ledges are too far apart for teens or pups to cross and some too high to scale.

Yoki wandered through Blossom Forest and unlike the usual saddened look on her face, her kissers held a glorious smile. For once in her dull life everything was perfect. The gods had smiled down on her and had changed her life round for the better. Now she had a pack, a life, a mate.
Amatus was the best thing that had happened to her since she had been born. In all the years she had walked this earth she had never been so happy. Her knight in rainbow armour had picked her up when she was at her lowest and after a couple of months wandering together he had plucked up the courage to ask her to be his. There was no doubt about it, Yoki was unconditionally in love with him. As she sauntered through the forest, the smile on her kissers grew with the memory of her mate. He was so handsome and brave and he belonged to her and her alone.
Yoki had put on more weight know, filling out and covering the bones that once protruded through her skin. Her dull coat now had a slight shine to it as the nutrients from her meals made her healthier in every sense of the word. Her once dull amber orbs had started to become lighter, a gleam clear within them. Amatus had done her a world of good and one day, somehow, she would repay him for everything he had done.
The ess passed many different places on her way to the destination she had chosen. The Cavern of Secrets would have been an ideal place to hide a couple of months ago but now it looked like something from a nightmare. She also passed Staircase Falls and Blossom Forest before the foot of Rainbow Cliff came into sight. Yoki hadn’t seen her mate in ages and this would be the perfect setting for a meeting after so long apart. Standing at the foot of the cliff, the ess moved her eyes upwards searching for the best place to rest. She would need to be up high so her call would hopefully reach the auds of her lover, but she wanted to be somewhere comfortable. Letting her claws emerge from their covers, she treaded carefully up the cliff not wanting to fall. She passed many ledges where happy couples sat together in a loving embrace before she found the perfect spot to rest. It was just high enough for her voice to travel and the sun hit it perfectly, warming it nicely and making it a more romantic setting.
The femme settled down on her haunches, peering over the terra below her. She wondered where her love was at this moment in time and hoped with all her heart that he would hear her voice and come to her. She wanted to see him dearly. She wanted to embrace him and feel his touch... In fact she longed for it. She wanted to thank him for all that he had done. Excited with the thought that her mate would be with her soon, the femme let out an energised yip and wrapped her banner round her paws. The sun warmed her bodice nicely and soon he would be here. The female lifted her muzzle to the sky and let an excited howl escape her throat. She let it flow for a few minutes before closing her muzzle, the smile appearing on her kissers once again. All she had to do now was wait.
