Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

shiver my timbers, shiver my sides
yo ho, heave ho
there are hungers as strong as the wind and tides
yo ho, heave ho

Hello helpful Glorians. This is a task for those who do not particularly care for any other rank but still wish to be a useful part of Glorall society.

First; Singular Rank & Fulfillment. Decide for yourself the sort of jobs you want to fulfill as a member of Glorall. The job you choose must be of some kind of use, it cannot be a joke. There must be some benefit to your being titled as or given that rank. Once the singular rank is granted, you must post fulfilling this duty at least once before this month ends. You may choose to post to other wolves, but you must somehow mark the subject line so that I know it is your attempt to complete this part of the task.

Second; Self Awareness. How would other packs steal you? What does your name mean, how could they pick you out of a crowd, etc. How about me? What would be the clues having to do with my name, what I am, who I am, how I am? And Glorall, what ideas could they use to identify Glorall within the steal...

Third; Recruit. There are many wolves without homes that are within reach of Glorall. Go out and find someone to bring back (this can be orchestrated ooc, if you must, but there must be a thread in Glorall with you bringing the wolf to meet Weylin).
