The night was Seline's ally. Over the last year, the Satanican Queen had lived as a nomad, traveling from place to place and never staying long. For it was not in her to remain long in one place. Unless, of course, where her family is involved. The Satanicans are a blood line of savagely loyal and feral royal wolves. But not only are they royal, but they are also the epitome of regality. It was something to pride themselves in, being of their blood and snow heritage. Saladin had been her father, the leader and head honcho of the family. But Saladin had not been seen for years. He had gone off on a mission to another pack within Blossom Forest- and he had never returned. The blood and snow Queen had had her hopes, but these slowly dwindled down to nothing, and ultimately she knew that her father was indeed dead. The only question was- who else was?
She had not been to her true home in some time. She had left for reasons known only to herself, living as she did for a year and some days, before she eventually found her way within Blossom. But she did not return to Andere Seite right away, no. Instead, she had taken to re-learning the lands that make up all of Blossom, almost readying herself in a way for the inevitable. It was during these repeated explorations of the land that led to Seline finally crossing paths with Eric. She did not know much about him- but she knew that he had a connection with Cade and with her home. Ever curious and devious, Seline had planned to figure out all she could about him. But time will occasionally cut itself short and before she knew it, they had gone their seperate ways. While she knew she would one day more than probably discover him, she was in no hurry. He had reeked of Andere, after all. He would perhaps return to the territory, just as Seline was now doing.
There was no hesitation, or awkward gait to her steady trot. There were no longer any hinderances to her mind. Seline, old Alpha of Andere Seite, maybe current leader of the Satanican's, was returning to her home. Regardless if she were to get a warm or cold welcome- it is her home all the same. She had laid claim to it, fought, and won. Since then, there had probably been challengers, but she was not here to fend them off. There was no question to if Andere still belonged to the Satanicans. It was a given, and Seline had every confidence in her kin- her uncle, her brother, her children. But as for who remained? She did not know, but she was sure as hell going to find out. Swift as she was graceful, her alabaster and crimson fourm flowed fluidly across the terrain until the dear evergreens that marked the border of Andere came into sight. The heavy, heady scent of pine assaulted her senses- and it was a welcome one more than ever. Along with said pine scent, there was the ever so faint scent of Cade, Quirino, and even Eric- and of course a multitiude of others that she did not know.
Upon approaching the invisible boundry of the territory- the blood and snow female didn't even think about it. She was crossing over and immersed within the territory without a second thought, and that was when a feral cry rose deep within the packland. Instantly, Quirino's voice filled Seline with pride. It was deep, savage, and had a commanding tone to it. Thus far, it seemed the red demon was the only wolf within the territory beside the blood and snow Queen herself, but only time would tell her for sure. She had already been headed toward the most innard cavity of the territory, and so no change in direction was needed when the call was made. Instinctually, and silent as the assassin she was breed and raised to be, she did not pause until she came upon him. Gone was any childish hint to him, any hint to childhood or adolescenthood. He was an adult now, and a mighty fine specimen at that. Apprasing him, observing him with ever intense, venom green eyes, a smirk of sorts was slowly creeping it's way across Seline's scarred, crimson and ivory muzzle. Continuing on delicate, graceful, yet experienced paws, she made her way directly up and infront of her son.
"Fancy seeing you around these parts, stranger." With ever the amused humor and tease to her honey tones, Seline's intense gaze gave away the relief she was to find at least one remaining and living Satanican member within the packlands. Perhaps Cade lurked somewhere, or others- but her scent along with the rest of them were faint. Perhaps Quirino was truly the only one left- but then again, the blood and snow Queen- the Satanican Queen, had finally returned and would make sure the name stayed alive, as would her pack lands; their pack lands.
