At the densest section of the forest, there is a brief clearing where a steady flow of water streams down the slippery stone staircase. The water here is cool and refreshing. Staircase Falls has been rumoured to be the place where reality is met by magic; where peaceful spirits dwell. They are rumoured to have healing powers that are used to help the desperately hurt, though no one has experienced this, except for, perhaps, Kaive.

_________________________________________________________________________ Chenzii was still in shock that she had been reunited with Lucien, her yellow eyes glowing with happiness. Chenzii spoke of how much she had missed him, knowing that he would understand the grief and pain that had plagued her for so long. “I know, I know” she heard him whisper softly, confirming what she already knew as she could hear the pain in his voice. The fae asked how her brother could have found her, curious to hear his answer, wondering what he had gone through since they had been separated. “I live not far from here. It’s a beautiful area. And you, dear sister?” Chenzii nodded in agreement, Blossom Forest really was a beautiful place. She was quite fond of the place that her and Lucien were at now, the waterfall and stream with it were calm and peaceful. “I recently came to this area. I joined a pack, Aurora Borealis. I like it there, everyone I have met so far has been very friendly. I decided to explore the area outside the territory, which is what brought me here. I had no idea that I would find you.” Chenzii’s voice trailed off a bit with the last sentence, her mind still not wrapped around the thought that she was with her brother again. She smiled as her yellow eyes met his blue ones. “Are you in a pack?” she asked, thinking that he was more of the loner type than a pack wolf, but maybe he had changed from when she had last seen him many moons ago. She hoped that whether he was in a pack or not would not change the fact that they could catch up and spend time together in the future. ________________________________________________________________________ |
