At long last, Zeteri had a task, a chance to show her worth to the alphas. It was up to her to help some of the other wolves learn the art of battle so Glorall could become a force to be reckoned with. Maybe one day the wolves of the water would match the angels of Diveen. Zeteri snorted. Wouldn't that be funny, Kane, she thought to herself. Of course, she would never dream of challenging her brother and she would always be an ally to Diveen. Her family lived there after all. But that had nothing to do with the task at hand. With a small sigh, the large wolfess moved though the pack lands as she tried to think about which wolf she should test. Of course, Silvertongue has requested she test Mortz and when she found the put they would fight. But there was still the question of which adult she should teach the art of battle.
It didn't help that Zeteri didn't know any of the wolves here. Lately she had been having a hard time fitting in and had spent too much time alone. But that was going to change now that she had something to prove. As the day continued on, Zeteri moved like a golden shadow through Glorall and not once did she run into another wolf. They were all busy doing their tasks and filling their roles within the pack. Well, it wasn't like someone was just going to stop by and ask to fight with the once princess of Paracon. She was going to have to choose and demand that they fight with her with the power of the rank she may one day hold. So, with a new sense of determination the newer member of Glorall marched deeper into the pack, keeping her eyes out for any sign of another member. It didn't take long.
She saw her walking along the borders, a white wolf who Zeteri didn't know, and with a snort and a shake of her fur, the black princess trotted forward to meet her new sparing buddy. "You look like you could use some lessons on fighting!" she said with her teeth bared and a mock growl oozing from her throat. Then, as if to prove she was right, Zeteri charged forward suddenly as if she was going to lunge at the unsuspecting wolf. She posed an intimidating site but at the last second she veered to the right and skidded to a halt directly in front of the white wolfess, their noses were only a few inches apart. Zeteri waited to see how this wolf would react, waited to see if she would take the fight or flight options that nature had given her, then with a smirk on her lips she would say, "What do you say, sweetie?"
