The moment he stepped closer, rubbing his nose against the side of her neck, she pressed closer. Maybe it was and instinct, or maybe it was just the fact she missed him so much. "Why do you have to be different?!" She half yelled into his fur. 'Damn it stop being so emotional! He's different but he's still the same Skid you fell for! Quit being weak!' Her mind yelled at her. She couldn't help it. All of it was overwhelming, then even though she didn't want to, nor tears came down. She shook her head, pressing into his fur. "I don't want to get in between what makes you happy." She whispered, shaking a bit from crying so much, she lifted her muzzle and nuzzled his face.

She had finally stopped crying. Sort of. Not really. Tears still showed in her eyes. And her eyes were red from crying, she looked at him, straight into his eyes, he looked like he was about to cry. She licked his nose and turned toward the way they had been going. "Come on, show me what you wanted to show me" she whispered.
