Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

goes the clock, we laughed at fate and mourned her, tick tock goes the clock even for the monster

These social customs weren’t easy for her to understand. She wasn’t used to staying beside another wolf for this long. Usually she would turn tail and go in some other direction to keep herself from having to put up with talking to another lupine. She always thought it was best if she just didn’t bother with it all, it was best for her to stay away. Nothing good ever came to sticking around others. Her half torn right ear twitched when she felt his wandering eyes gawking at her. She growled softly, those sapphire eyes narrowed slightly as she turned her dial around looking at him. Snorting softly she shook her head and abruptly moved along the trail, making enough room on the rocky terrain for him to accompany her. Her ebony tail tweaked with subtle grey fur twitched side to side as she continued to climb up the mountain not stopping again until she was on a flat surface. Lowering her head she sniffed around not catching any other scent deeming it safe to stick around a bit longer. Lifting her head up she tilted it slightly confused.

“Cuddle? I am sure cuddling is a wicked thing.”

Yes, it sounded like a wicked thing. It had to be a wicked thing. After all he wanted to do this at night, alone, with her of all wolves. Clearly he was like every other wolf, both male and female, he was just bidding his time, waiting for the right moment to strike. Well, this ‘cuddling’ will not be taking place tonight, or any other night for that matter. As he proclaimed that she was not the cuddly type she couldn’t agree more and she was about to nod her head, but stopped herself. She wasn’t quite sure what this cuddling thing was, but she knew was capable of doing just about anything, should she want to do it at least. Turning her ebony head around, she raised her dial slightly looking at him with narrowed eyes.

“Do not judge so quickly, you barely know me at all.”

He didn’t even know what she was capable of. There were many things that she knew. She was quite proud in the fact that she lived for so long by herself without help from others. She didn’t need any of it. If there was anything important she had to learn it would have been something she already had knowledge of. Therefore, social interaction was something she didn’t feel any need to learn. The only thing with ‘social interaction’ that she needed to know was to warn others and attack them so they come near. But she was in new lands and since she was stuck with this male beside her, she might as well learn something…maybe not learn just observe. Yes. Observe, that was what she was doing. She walked over carefully to the edge, cold eyes shifted downwards as she looked at the spectacular view of the valley below. As he spoke about the other wolves, his mention of the lands changing made her turn around and give him a puzzled look. The valley seemed all right, and the other lands she had been in so far didn’t have signs of problems.

“The lands are different? Everything looks fine to me. No evidence of a brutal war, no signs of drought or fire. The place seems fine to me.”
