Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

Renegade huffed, sitting down and wrapping his tail around his paws as he waited. The small male was trying to distract himself by looking over the territory but there wasn't that much to look at, nothing interesting after all. He found scenery to be quite boring actually. The only thing he needed to pay attention to were escape routes and places to hide. The tri-colored male knew that he would be making an escape at some point, there was no way he was staying in this pack for long if he could help it. The nerve. He couldn't believe that someone had the nerve to bring him here against his will. How rude. He scowled, once again putting himself in a bad mood. This was stupid and he felt almost ashamed of himself for being stolen by a pack who couldn't even send someone to come and get him.

It appeared he wouldn't have to wait much longer as he saw a red and black female approaching him from within the pack. Renegade didn't like the look of her, she looked cocky and sly and well- exactly like him. But he didn't like it when other wolves were like that. He watched disdainfully as she approached, not rising from his seated position. She was bigger than him but many wolves tended to be. That wasn't very important though, he knew how to use his size to his advantage.

Her words were dripping with something that Renegade didn't appreciate. He frowned slightly, his crimson eyes narrowing as they stared into the green eyes of the female. He didn't care to show her respect, he didn't care to show respect to anyone, actually. It didn't help that he was quite pissed off at this one. "Not of my own volition, I c'n assure ya of that." he snorted. When she invited him into the pack lands he took a moment and then stood up, walking with a cocky swagger that only the egotistical possessed. "Thanks fer the warm welcome." Renegade said coldly as he walked past the female, giving her a sidelong glance as he walked into the packlands.

"So, y' got a name? Gonna introduce yerself or should I just call ya 'bitch'?" Renegade said with a scowl, glancing backwards at the other wolf, clearly unimpressed with his situation. Now, he usually wasn't so venomous, but he was angry. And the female just happened to be the only thing to take his anger out on.
