Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

Diveen had always been an interesting pack in his eyes, one that seemed rather tentative about their agreements with one another. He supposed he could understand why, though he hardly thought such judgments seemed fair. Surely they had detested his mother, and perhaps even his Hand considering her part in the war and perhaps even Heyel had been unimpressed with Tesseract's own nonchalance towards him - still, they were interesting and proved a constant source of inspiration. Large as they might have been, Tesseract full intended to one day best them in one field: unity. He had always done his best to make the pack feel more like a community, and he wondered just how much other packs felt as such. What was life without a little competition, hm?

He had been doing much thinking of late and he could not help but wonder just how much thinking one must do until their very brain expires. He had contemplated much, from his own family to the pack, to all a matter of things in the intricate details of Moladion. He wondered how long things would remain as they were; it seemed change was a slow things these days. Even Glorall had hardly seemed at risk of sudden change - Rhoedias had left them well and truly, a name even the sea hardly seemed to remember. Things seemed too easy, too safe, and a part of him grew both disgruntled and anxious about such a thing. It had to mean that something big was coming soon - but what?

He lulled on his side, basking in the shade by the sand dunes, his eyes half closed as he drifted in and out of thought. The howl of another rung through his eyes, the sound hitching a ride in the winds as they rolled across the expanse of sand before him. His ear flickered towards it, calculating its trajectory before he rolled slowly to his paws. It seemed he was needed by the borders by one with a voice so young, a peculiar change to the recent influx of older members and visitors. He moved swiftly, sliding down the dunes and breaking out into a jog across the shoreline, fast meeting with he that had called for him.

He was surprised, at first, to see two such as themselves. Though the girl seemed unfamiliar, he could not help but think of Rogue as he noticed the older boy, a tall, powerful looking child that seemed to already outweigh Tesseract himself. He cocked a brow in further curiosity as the scent of Diveen crept over him, his eyes glancing between the pair as his tail rose over his back in dominance.

"A fine day for company, though I was not expecting visitors. Who do I have the pleasure of meeting today?"

He spoke with a smooth, lazed tone, settling his eyes onto the peculiar boy. There was something about him that didn't seem quite... normal, though normal was so subjective really. Still, he was intrigued nonetheless.
