Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

Daenerys had been victorious though he could hardly act surprised when the news had reached him. After all, much of the fight within a wolf came from their desire to win rather than their physical limitations. She had wanted it more than anything else perhaps and for that, the world had given her the ability to conquer. Good for her and her family's memory, but also good for Glorall who once more sat quite comfortably with a neutrality among packs. It was a good feeling to be sure, and he had found himself feeling much more comfortable proceeding the news. Still, it meant Purge was out and about once more, an eternal threat to every pack but who was he to worry over such a thing right now? For now, he was content to bask in her victory, which was a victory on Glorall's front too.

Still, he took idly to the borders, concentrating his efforts by the shoreline as he patrolled for gull eggs. Viora had taken off down the shores in search of something to hunt and so, he too had followed suit, hoping to find something small to take their mothers. It had been no wonder that Rogue had been quiet, tucked away with her mate along side three children. It had been a long time since the sea side pack had seen children in their midst and as loud as they were, he was glad. It was a sign of prosperity, after all. He pondered where to best find their nests, glancing up at the dunes and along to the rockier sections in the distance as he sniffed at the air. It was then that a call cut across the pack land, his ears flickering towards its general direction as he rolled his shoulders, resigning to the fact that he'd need to wait to provide. A shame really for he was certain he had been close to pinpointing the perfect location to begin his foraging.

With that, he took off at a brisk jog, moving through the pack in order to shorten his journey as he came towards the call's summoning point. He was met with the short and stocky form of a golden male, one that wafted with the mountainous scent of Spirane and Daenerys. He cocked a brow in fascination; she had been fast to assume her claim and to begin her restructuring. Smart girl, really. With a confident bounce in his stride, he came to stand before Pan, offering him the slightest of smiles before he spoke.

"Daenerys has sent you, no? A shame that she could not come herself, but nonetheless. You've called for me and here I am - what have you come for this day?"
