Enocra Woodland

Pine, spruce and firs alike...
Dense coniferous forests cover the woodlands, with clearings, paths and the occasional wildberry shrub throughout. Pine, spruce and fir make up much of the forest in the east, with the forest becoming swampier in the west towards Mecor Valley. In the west, cypress trees dominate, with fallen trees creating bridges across and throughout the stillwaters.

Orion thought that Heyel must have a decent idea of the bond between him and Nevaeh by now. They had been spending quite a bit of time together and Heyel was anything but dumb. If anything Orion regarded the old wolf as some sort of terrifying genius. He respected the Angel immensely, but at the same time he was quite scared of him. Mostly because he didn't really understand the sarcasm that was so prominent in how Heyel spoke. Not to just him, but to everyone. But Nev clearly loved him and so Orion would try his best to make a good impression on him, however hard that might be. At least he was not threatening to kill him or something, because then the black wolf might just run and hide somewhere and never leave.

Of course, he wouldn't actually do that. He was strong, a Warrior even, and warriors didn't just run and hide because their imprint's dad was terrifying. "Y-yes sir, you are more than understood." Orion said hurriedly, his tail giving a few nervous waves. This was definitely not the direction he had thought that this day would take. Nevaeh was able to banter with her father while Orion just stood there, glancing back and forth between the two of them. He knew that his soul was Heyel's youngest and therefore it only made sense for him to be so protective of her. But that protectiveness meant that Orion was often persecuted. Which... was not the most optimal situation for the black male.

He tried to keep a smile on his face even in the face of such imminent danger. One wrong move and things could go south very quickly. Okay, maybe not, but the piercing purple eyes of the old white wolf sure made it seem like that.

The question made him raise his eyebrows. Fantasy story? What... what did Heyel think that they were actually doing out here? He gave Nevaeh another panicked glance and then looked back at Heyel, lying on the ground. Orion had to admit that if he wasn't terrified this situation would be quite amusing. "We were just... well... taking a walk." His hesitant voice made it seem like he was telling a lie, but that was really all they had been doing! He just hoped that Nev would back him up here.
