She was asleep at first among some of the other pups when the initial roar startled her awake. Some stirred wanting to see what was happening outside, some that were out playing were quickly ushered in. There was a lot of commotion outside. Wolves running quickly to aid others. To fight off the bear. To kill the bear. Her mother and aunt and uncle were among them. A part of her wants to look outside. She had never seen a bear before. It sounded terrifying. But after hearing one of the pups being scolded for trying to go out, she knew it was best to just stay put.
So she readjusts herself in the nest, tucking her nose down deeper into her tail. She begins to hum to herself softly, a lullaby that she knew but was unsure of how, trying hard to drown out what's happening just outside and over the hill. Her humming partially helps to keep her calm, but only raises more questions in her mind since she had never heard it from Delya or Alice. She was unaware of the fact that she was found and taken in by the gypsies, that she wasn't actually related to any of the pups here. But she was found at such a young age, that it didn't make a difference. As far as she knew, these all were her family in one way or another.
Eventually the commotion dies down and is replaced with grief and sorrow. Sad songs echo across the lands as she stops humming and untucks her nose from her tail. Her blue-gray gaze looks towards the den's entrance. She's not looking for anything in particular and doesn't move from the nest. She's just more of trying to imagine what could've happened to cause such sad songs. They wrench at her tiny heart and she involuntarily whimpers just for a moment before suddenly realizing what she was doing. As if startled by her own feelings, she jumps up into a sitting position, trying to shake the feelings off. She had no reason to feel the way she did, but she couldn't help it.
Then suddenly Fenrir comes to help Natu usher all the pups away from the dens. The thing that Natu had said about others spirits no longer being with them still hung heavy on her mind. But Fenrir's suggestion to take all the pups to the Lavendar and Poppy fields sounded quite interesting. More enjoyable and fun for all the pups. And would allow the adults time to clean up and tend to the wounded. She hears one of the pups ask about the location of said fields and she looks up curiously at the green eyed man. She was curious about this place as well and was eager to go exploring some place new. She steps up closer to Herschel, her cousin who had sat himself at Fenrir's feet, and she nudges him gently. She didn't know that he couldn't hear, but she did know that he was a bit different than all the others. She offers him a soft smile just before looking about at the other pups still trying to decipher who each were.
