Aplos Riverside

Moladion’s powerful, winding river...
Aplos River is a broad, slow-moving river originating from somewhere beneath the mountains of Spirane and feeding Iromar’s moors in the south. The northern parts of the river are known for their strong currents, with the water becoming slow moving in the south. The riverbanks vary along its course, ranging from soft hummock grasses to small groups of pine, and sometimes nothing but pebbles and sand. Crossing can be difficult at times, but it can be swam or bridged by fallen trees or boulders alike.

This is my Fate.

His fate had yet been decided in terms of a home. It was funny he had it in Glorall, rank and even some sense of friendship with his patients and their families. He wasn’t sure where any of them had gone though, everyone scattered to the wind after their home had been taken away leaving him lost and alone once more. It was that that drew him back to Glorall, he wasn’t going to go to his birth home of Diveen, there was no need to he would strike out on his own should the new alpha, Eden, deem his blindess a weakness enough just like everyone else, to condemn him to nothing. It seemed he felt as such, but things quickly were growing more complicated. That day he felt something clutch at his being, something he was sure was imprinting. He didn’t have to see her to know somehow he had been bound to someone. It was a difficult feeling to ignore he wasn’t sure how his father had done it and never had he felt more inclined to speak with another in their life. But he ignored it for now, he wasn’t even sure who it was or what her name was only that she was there… in Glorall somewhere.

What better way to ignore a feeling you couldn’t get rid of than walking as far from it as you possibly could? That was his solution, ignore it, push it away prove fate wrong, she was an evil bitch anyway what did she know about him? His goals and purpose? Nothing. Who was she to say that the strange she bound him to would be right for him? Haziel never got along with fate, and likely never would, it wasn’t going to change all he knew was the fairytales weren’t true, you didn’t have to see your imprint to be able to imprint, something h always figured but secretly as hoping was true his whole life.

He did wonder though where Everlyse, Reich, and all the pups went. Vise too, but he knew his student would be find out there, he learned healing wherever he went he would have work and a purpose. He would be find but Lyse and her reckless self? Well he had to wonder. Though it was then that he a scent crossed his nose. His ears perked up and while his face looked rather impassive his head rose sniffing the air wondering if thoughtful thinking could trick his nose this badly.

He moved forward hearing the sound of the river and still her scent persisted, she was alone and that bothered him. Semele, the little very tiny innocent ball of fur that that piece of work Lyse somehow produced from her loins. ”Semele, what are you doing out here on your own? The he couldn’t see her but he knew she was close, down the embankment and close to the river that, he feared could swallow her whole. Perhaps it was his own somewhat rational, dislike and fear of water. Water blinded his senses when he swam and made it incredibly hard to tell where he was going. Hopefully she would come up to him he really didn’t want her to fall in the river. Why would Lyse leave her on her own? Especially after everything that had happened? God, would he have to give that woman another stern talking to? How would she even function without him around?

To see with eyes unclouded by hate.
Haziel.
