Ruieze Fields

Open fields and soft grass...
Ruieze stretches far in the midlands of Moladion, laced with streams that feed into Diveen and out of Asteraia at times. The fields are vast, filled with wildflowers and tall, soft grass; trees are sparse, as are rocks, but one can find small shrubs to hide amongst, and the grass itself. To the south of the fields, a Ruieze River widens, and the ground becomes sandy. There is a small, grassy island that can be reached from the banks, with water-birds often congregating on the island rather than the riverbanks.

Growing older sucked. She was ten, and still mateless, imprintless, and childless. She had heard through the grapevine that a sibling was around, not that she had ever met said sibling, or heard any more about it. It was sad, to know that she was the last of her family still within the boundaries of Moladion. It was a depressing thought but at the same time, she barely remembered any of the old Moladion, she had been just a babe when the meteor had struck, and now, now here she was still. She lived within Spirane, not that she had any real duties within the boundaries there. She felt as if there was nothing that she excelled at in particular. She could only wonder what good she was as a pack member.

The day was young still, and she found herself making her way to the fields. They had been a popular spot the past few seasons, especially when that Elk had fallen, casting a sickness that had spread like wildfire through those that had touched it. It was then when she noticed the large group that was beginning to form, and her mind shot back into the past of that last grouping. She could only pray that there was no such thing happening again. There was no scent of death upon the air, not in a raunchy, deathly way. Which led her to believe that maybe, this was a good grouping.

Her creamy off-white body moved, the gold on her chest spine and ruff glittered in the sun as it shone above her head. She moves in a slow walk, not in a rush to join that group just yet, as she let the scents around her draw her in. There was no one she knew, not personally at least, and it seemed that this was a little overpowered by testosterone, quite frankly, they needed more girls in the midst. There seemed to be a congruent feel about the wolves that were gathering. No one was fighting the way they had last time, and it seemed, almost peaceful, in a way.

She found herself sitting on the outskirts, her eyes watching with a vivid interest.
