Romance is in the air...this is probably the most beautiful and scenic place in Blossom Forest. For the athletic and determined to come with their mates, for time away from pups. Only adults may come here; some of the ledges are too far apart for teens or pups to cross and some too high to scale.

How do I stay so healthy and boyishly handsome? It's simple. I drink the blood of young runaways;; William Shatner

Harries still found himself in a mixed state of dumbfounded shock and adoration for his sister, even months after the debacle with the death of Zorion and Lady and the chapter of new life that had formed from their ashes. He could still not believe how utterly amazing his cherished little sister was- despite also being ridiculously peeved off. She had wormed her way into not one but numerous lives and all to benefit herself but Harries knew all too well that too many pawns would create chaos and it was only a matter of time before she would lose control. However her moments of fun could be left unattended for now, though the same couldn’t be said for Shae herself.

Now that she had destroyed one of his only toys, Harries was completely bored. Yes, of course the various females in his life- Morgana in particular- provided the necessary means for him to, let’s say, burn off a bit of energy but he was still depressingly bored and seen as it was Shae’s fault for his incurable monotony it was only right for her to fix it. Plus, having his sister on side seemed like a pretty good deal right now- been as she was protected by just about everyone. Their father would get nowhere near them with the amount of Alpha’s that she served... or was it them serving her? Above all things, their sire would never attack another pack without good warning and so, for now, Shae was becoming more and more likable.

Their last meeting, albeit a somewhat feisty one, had been at the Caverns- a fitting place for siblings so dark and treacherous- but now was not the time to dwell on family mishaps. Harries’ cunning mind had already decided that this meeting would be light and bouncy and sure to get the sharp-minded vixen on side. She had always been the favourite of all his siblings anyway and he would be sure, this time, to let her know exactly how much she meant to him. Lengthy charcoal stilts carried the prince across the land, further than he had ventured since arriving in Blossom. At first he wasn’t exactly sure where he was going but it didn’t take him long to pinpoint a meeting spot. A cliff loomed up above the tall giant and above the rocks that reached into the clouds rested a rainbow. Its light shimmered down onto the crevices in a strange mist that dampened the fur ever so slightly. A crooked grin tugged at the creases of the kalak’s jaws as his eyes wandered the entirety of the rock monster. Perfect!

Gradually he clambered up the ledges, stopping only when he had reached the midpoint of the cliff. The view, even from here, was spectacular even breathtaking, but Harries was not the least bit fussed about the scenery; he was here on business and business only. It was then that the pauper lifted his head to the sky, releasing a hearty song from his snowy chest. He knew that Shae would hear it and he knew that she would come.

****Harries could remember the first time he had laid eyes on his sister- the russet bundle of fur curled up by their nursemaids teats- all fuzzy and whimpering. His chocolate portals, wide and naive, had gazed upon his sibling with excitement and adoration and from that moment onwards she had become the centre of his world. They had, all three of the siblings, been raised by a nanny-wolf from being only a few days old and though Harries and the other brother had been older, both of them had protected the princess and it seemed that right from that moment she had wrapped them around her paws. When the princes’ lessons had started, his time with Shae had been limited and after only a few weeks of their sires tutoring Harries had begun to change. He found that he no longer had time for the needy little heiress and her constant want for attention drove him mad; and yet every so often the emotions would spark faintly in his chest and he would sneak to her during the night to play and coddle her. Even with his father’s teaching and the constant want to outdo his litter mates and rivals for the throne, Harries always had and always would have time for Shae.****
