It is a fortunate thing perhaps, that the dark coloured wolf is so given to see and understand the value of directly spoken words, else the true value of intelligent conversation, the younger male perhaps unknowingly endearing himself to Pan in that moment as the polite smile was offered in return and the golden male allowed his ears to prick forward in curiosity as to the questions the other actually posed. For half a moment or so the black eyed male is given to further regard his compatriot, head tilted slightly in some measure of understanding as that cunning, clever mind rapidly begins to pick apart the things the other had asked, each word so readily assessed by the mind of a creature so given to academic pursuits, whose mind forever takes delight in the challenges provided by others- few though they are, Pan having exceeded the mental capacity of the majority around him by the age of two and yet, it would seem, there are some surprises to be held yet- the younger males questions seeming to please the copper and gold Hand to the extent he is at least content to answer it after this momentary pause.

“Your first question remains decidedly broad. Do you wish to know of the members of this pack or of its geography? I could of course tell you of both and yet I will save my breath on such matters until it is you have deduced which you prefer to know of, after all, pack, in the context you have just used it holds several connotations and I require a more specific answer.”

It is a flood of speech and yet a decidedly informative one at that, the ever vocal Pan content to press onward all the same and provide the answers to the question he has been asked, delving once more to the very crux of the conversation even if it is done so in a particularly wordy manner, Pan forever content to exercise his vocabulary at every given opportunity.

“As for the Alpha I can offer you the necessary information. She is Daenarys, of Moonglow and Alcide and of Thunderbone and Boneclaw before that, one of the longest ruling bloodlines in Moladion, second only to the Angels of Diveen whose line of rule remains unbroken. Queen Daenarys has defeated her challengers in battle and assured our pack remains stable and prosperous beneath her watch. She is a diligent leader, occasionally given to have conflict of head and heart and yet I have seen her be both generous and harsh when it is needed or advised. She is also a Mother, her children secure her line and our packs future.”

His head simply nods in assurance of his words, Pan perhaps one of the few to remember Thunderbone and Boneclaw still, the male a mere child the first time he had visited the mountains of Solevion and yet such is his capcity for informational retention that such things remain, the history of Moladion a most fascinating topic for the male- tail flicking as he spoke again.

“The members of Spirane are expected to act as the Queen herself. To be fearless in the face of threat, to speak of our home only with pride, to protect what is ours and show loyalty to the mountain- we also respect and assist our allies. Each member has a role and each is expected to fulfil it to assure our pack functions. What you are offered in return for you hard work is dependent upon what it is you desire, yet your reward to my knowledge of it, is purpose, home, family and food. There was more to be said of course, but there is some knowledge for pack members alone and until such a decision is made some things remains the knowledge of Pan alone, the man hardly foolish enough to betray all of Spiranes secrets to a stranger.
