Enocra Woodland

Pine, spruce and firs alike...
Dense coniferous forests cover the woodlands, with clearings, paths and the occasional wildberry shrub throughout. Pine, spruce and fir make up much of the forest in the east, with the forest becoming swampier in the west towards Mecor Valley. In the west, cypress trees dominate, with fallen trees creating bridges across and throughout the stillwaters.

A SLEEPLESS malice as black as the oncoming wall of night
So it ever was. So will it always be. Such is the nature of evil.

There is no rhyme or reason that he has decided to follow the lead of Eden. The god within him does not stir for the male nor does he demand obedience but it is Underidge that finds Eden fascinating. For some odd reason the moment he had tasted the blood of his fellow wolf he had grow infatuated with him. It also helped that one of his own cult members and divine followers of the Shade seemed just as enamored with Eden as he often felt, though he hid it behind a cool exterior. Underidge had not really decided he wanted to be apart of Glorall just as he had never really decided to leave Taviora. These things just sort of happened. Eden had followed him as he had fulfilled his mission to his god and had helped him dispose of the body in a boggy outflow from the mountains. Soon nothing would remain of Rio.

A rank was not what he originally aspired for yet it was there and open and why couldn't he try for it? Besides, it would bring him closer to Eden and his silver eyes always watched after the King with a hint of obsession in them. So when Eden had told him that he needed to seek out the fallen king and determine what his motives were Underidge had simply blinked in his eerie manner and left Glorall at a ground eating trot.

He headed towards the outskirts of the bogs but never entered for the scent of the Queen was strong on the borders. It was obvious that she was a watchful one. Underidge might be cruel at times but he was clever, a trait passed down from his father. It wouldn't solve anything if he snuck into the bogs and got murdered by a bunch of crazy mutts (ironic, that he thinks them crazy is it not?). For days he waits on the outskirts, slipping away when he grows obnoxiously hungry to find some wayward animal slinking down to the river for refreshment. It was always bite, scarf, drink, and then he would be back into his spot. Snow fell continuously those few days and his silver fur with the dark undercoat blended well against the backdrop of white snow and dirt mounds.

Finally he struck pay dirt for he was observant and ever watchful and luck was always on his side. The god within him blessed him with such. The alabaster figure of Tesseract left the confines of the swamp, still obviously healing, and Underidge waits for a time while his tongue darts across his lips. To kill him would solve any future problem with Eden yet he was certain Tesseract would not be an easy mark. Even wounded, and yet he was older and pained and wouldn't his soul rather be free from his body?

For a moment he waits to see if the god within him will stir and point him in the direction of the fallen king. Nothing. With an irritated flick of his tail he trails after Tesseract. He is a blend of shadow and snow, slipping in and out of reality as he walks and circles and skillfully stalks his prey. When he deems that he is far enough away from Iromar he slinks out of the shadows to let Tesseract see him, his own strange eyes latching onto the older males. "How does it feel to lose everything?" His sibilant voice holds no real enmity; the words are spoken flat and almost curious.
