Impressive. It seemed she had underestimated the galleon in presuming him a witless tourist along with his little friend. The dark man was clearly protective of his pet, and the sooty buckskinned minx noted this useful piece of information. He bore the makings of a soldier to be true, and she knew the type well for she had come across many in the desert. His body, like with many she had crossed here in the islands, was not sculpted by desert elements. His build was perhaps a tad mountainous, his heavy hooves perhaps more accustomed to green turf better than anything else.
"Whatever do you mean?" she asked coyly, almost mocking the virile. The Pirate Queen knew when the gig was up. The stallion spoke with a calm confidence, she could almost perceive him as being smug about it but he wasn't. There was a reverence about the smoky bay man that oddly enough Ysabel did not like but could certainly respect. She smirked. Before long the tiny one decided to join in on the fun. The bandita had intentionally left the small mare out of the conversation because she simply was the weakest of the party, and she needed to work her charms on the one who may put up the most fight. Of course…she would not and did not have to explain herself to anyone.
The desert minx laughed at the little one's sentiments and dared to move closer, Rodrigo motioned forward to keep her from advancing any closer to Taytim. Ysabel halted but kept her dial tilted that she might see the little lass over the virile's protective shield. "Well I suppose we are entitled to our own opinions no matter how naïve and stupid." The bandita smirked rather meanly while she continued to eyed the little mare a moment more before she backed a step and locked gazes with the hellion. Her tail lashed before she broke their stares with her own whimsical laughter. "Clearly there is no convincing you otherwise. I am truly impressed! Tell me your names. I myself am Ysabellanazeka, the Bandit Queen from the Mount of 1087 Thieves. You my handsome prize may call me Ysabel." Now she was ignoring the little mare merely for fun.
Rodrigo snorted now tossing his crown as he registered the title of the bandita before them. He stole a gaze to Taytim to reassure her and then returned attention to the one who named herself Ysabel. "A pleasure I'm sure Miss Ysabel." He stopped there as he was not willing to give her the information she requested. "If I were to tell you my name…what will you do with us then?" Ysabel had sensed the hesitation long before he reached his conclusion. She laughed again and motioned to the edge of the cliff now taking in the view for herself. The path out of the Peak was left exposed but it did not matter. Sentinel guards lay at the base and they would not be bent to release the large stallion or the likes of his sex anytime soon.
"Haven't you figured it out?" By the look on the hellion's face she derived that he had concluded as much. She mused on this a bit before speaking. "I see there are brains to go with all your brawn big boy…you have figured it out. You've entered vulcan territory, and I hereby claim you as my offering to the sisterhood of the peak. You are our…guest until I say." Rodrigo snorted and motioned closer to Taytim before replying. "I believe the traditional law is for a period of two seasons…and your claim only applied to me, yes?" How adorable it was to see the large beast so thoughtful towards the little lass beside him. Ysabel pondered how it might be to have one of such affection doting on her for a change. Given he was as good as her prisoner…perhaps she might have the chance. "Hm. Two seasons. The tiny one can come and go as she pleases. If you like missy, you can leave your friend to me, for I shall take good care of him. …Now. You may as well tell me your names since we are going to get to know each other whether you like it or not my dears."
Silence spilled as Rodrigo again looked to Taytim to let her know that they were ok. He had no anger to direct to the mare for leading them here. Rather that kind reverence about him lingered, he appeared content to know he would be stuck here in the Peak for the better of the next two seasons. "I am Rodrigo. This is Taytim." he said lightly in reply.
