Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

This is my Fate.

Haziel was pleased with the outcome of his meeting with Daenerys. She was cautious but enthusiastic about them making a pact with one another, something Haziel understood and could respect about the Spirane Queen. Not only that she seemed quite a kind and protective female, which was good given the wolves he found himself close too that currently lived within her realm. He was happy with that and just how it turned out in general so at the end of their conversation he found himself walking back to the lands and soon upon the borders of his new-old home. He closed his eyes, they were useless anyway, his black ears instead twitching and nose taking in the smells of the land. Once he found the scent of Eden he was trotting moving quickly across the lands towards the new alpha’s scent.

He moved like any other wolf, his paws had been on these lands before the Alpha’s even had even though he had left for the plains pack for a time he had originally been here. He knew what he was doing where he was going and already had an idea to where Eden was today. Haziel even noted the scents on him, several different ones and the scent of pregnant and birthed females as well. Such obvious scents plain as the sounds of birds in spring Haziel could tell what was going on with him, but it wasn’t his business and it didn’t mean they were his either. He could hear Eden’s steps then and his scent was strong, Haziel’s eyes opened focusing towards the male and pausing in his movements until he was acknowledged or noticed.

“Eden, I have returned from my task.” Haziel spoke his deep rumbling tones coming from his maw. “Come with news of the Mountain Pack of Spirane and with your word I will tell you all I heard.” He said before taking a few more steps closer. Today hopefully as well would be a day for him to learn more about his own alpha. His wants, his needs and what he truly was like. It was time for him to form his own real opinion on this male and for Alcmene’s sake he hoped it was a good one.

To see with eyes unclouded by hate.
Haziel.
