Riot had already decided that a loyal handful far outweighed a wavering many, and as far as he had seen, the two high ranked females that he had met alongside Aithne seemed very loyal. This was a good thing, and Riot would want to be a part of a pack that was so close knit as that. When he finally took his choice, he would feel bound to that choice, would give his entire loyalty to the pack he called home. He would live and breathe for it, for those within it. Riot would be committed, which was a big part of why he had to be so arrant about it all. To find out all that he could, make sure it was a place he could do some good in. He would put forth the effort, and he might already have alot of information for the alpha he took to following.

Another time. He nods his head, silently agreeing. He would be more than happy to help out on hunts while he was here, to show them that he would be what was needed in that way if he became a perminate member. He would have more to offer, would be willing to go and findout what was needed to know, but he would hunt as needed, speak to those who came to the borders; do what the alpha needed of him when he finally took a home. While here, he would show some of what he would do, and he would also do as he was told while under the hospitality of Aithne. The idea of hunting gator was an interesting one, as he had never done so before. Other semi-aquatic creatures had fallen to his jaws before, but gator would be new and exciting to try out.

Yes, Riot did have sway for Iromar, that was very true. Although the real truth lay within the fact that Aithne held sway over him for her ideals and views, for how she ruled here and what she was trying to change for the better. For the fact that she gained the kind of loyalty as he had seen in some of her members. That held a lot of weight in his eyes, and type of landscape didn't much matter when there was such a worthy leader. He told her a concern of his, asking the question because he couldn't help his misunderstanding of a younger mind. He would try, but it still confused him as to why they sometimes acted as they did. When Aithne spoke, he listened to what she had to say. Two yearlings. That wasn't too bad, and he could be extra careful to understand what he could of them.

And he was glad to hear that even the young had to earn their places, work for it. He agreed that they were important and needed, but he honestly wanted to be a part of a pack before many were born, so they wouldn't look at him as if he were such an outsider. Plus, if he were around them when they were born, then he might be able to understand them more. He could hope, anyway. But the last part spoken had him smiling in a good natured way at Aithne. "I'm hoping understanding of them grows on me with time." He admits lightly, because he didn't want to upset others, even the young. Then she was telling him to come and he got up to follow her. He doesn't say much on what she'd said, but he was attentive to her. "I wanted to know more about the ranks.. how to work for them, since if I join, I'd like to get started as soon as possible. Of course gathering information is my best skill thus far.." He said evenly, wondering if there was any information of the packs or leaders she might be wanting.
