Coming from the north, Amber had never seen a land so beautiful. Trees, green and tall towered over her, shielding her from the light of the father sun. Oh how she desired the rays of mother moon, but it was not to be for quiet some time. Soft dirt molded under every step of her paws as she traversed the forest. Bird calls and buzzing insects singled that summer had come to this wonderful land Amber had come to, and she dis-tasted it. The ever increasing heat drilled itself through her fur, causing her to pant more and more. Oh how she desired to find liquid bliss within a river, stream, or lake. To reach such a wonderful location, the she-wolf was forced to wander through this dense forest. In truth, it was a beautiful thing, but she would her preferred it be winter, fall, even spring would be more acceptable. Above her, the sky was at least a bit cloudy, and clouds specking the air were semi-dark in coloring. That could only show that rain was within the future, which Amber welcomed with open-arms. Seeing the forest was a bit empty, it did cause her to question one important thing.
Where were the other canines, wolves, anything of interest of large size?
