The call had caught his attention, and he freezes there on the spot. He had not heard the voice in a long while, and it was strange that even now he remembered the sound of it and who it belonged to. Delya. Kellin knew that being as close as some littermates was not a valid option for them, not when he had been pupnapped at such an early age, ripped away from them all. There was a certain amount of time that often needed to be there to form a bond, and Kellin felt like he had lost that chance. Possibly because he was still feeling sore from the fact that his partial family in Taviora wasn't answering him at all.

He had thought they were welcoming him back, but now he did not know how to feel on the matter. Except that maybe he was right when he had gone away with Sabriel after realizing his mother had a new family, and did not need him wanting her attention. It would only steal it away from the new pups, and Kellin didn't want their resentment. He still doesn't want it, but he had hoped that the time spent away would soften them to his presence now. The fact that he hadn't tried to take anything away from them, that he had put their needs over his and left. Taviora could have been home, maybe.

Still, it was his sister calling him now, she, calling him. So he would go to her. He would probably always go to her when she called. He couldn't fathom doing anything else. So he moves, almost runs towards where the bark had come from, though he does slow down a little when he spots the three of them there and the tense way everything seems to be. Was something wrong? Sabriel looked especially different and unusual from normal right now. This did not bode well. Still, Kellin pushed onward and closer to them, aiming a smile to Delya first, and then to Dimitri as he halted next to Sabriel.
