Enocra Woodland

Pine, spruce and firs alike...
Dense coniferous forests cover the woodlands, with clearings, paths and the occasional wildberry shrub throughout. Pine, spruce and fir make up much of the forest in the east, with the forest becoming swampier in the west towards Mecor Valley. In the west, cypress trees dominate, with fallen trees creating bridges across and throughout the stillwaters.

Shot a hole through everything I loved

From the second that I was born it seems i've had a loaded gun and then I shot, shot, shot a hole through everything I loved
She is so wrapped up in her determination to get her small body up on that big rock that she does not notice that she was being watched, nor does she hear him when he races out to try and stop her from hurting herself when she take off. It was almost like the world around her didn't exist, all there was was that big rock and she just needed to be on top of it even if it killed her. While she was normally very laid back wolf, whenever she got to a particularly taxing activity or problem, be it making friends with unsociable wolves or climbing big rocks, the determination that lived inside of her awoke like a sleeping giant. It took a lot to deter her into giving up, the last time she had given up was after chasing after Meltdown out of Moladion what seemed like forever ago; even after the bond had snapped and all traces of him had vanished she kept going until it wasn't safe for her anymore and she had to turn back empty handed, returning to the loving embraces of her friends, Shiloh in particular.

She is completely oblivious to the stranger that stands below her while she scrambles atop the rock, her own silent safety net should she slip and fall. It was a thoughtful thing to do for a stranger you didn't even know, even if it was just impulse. Kindness never went on a blind eye with her. If you were kind to her, she was forever kind to you. Even if you wronged her again and again after that kindness, she would always remember what you did for her and forgive you. It could be considered a fatal flaw, but she didn't see it that way. It went against every fiber in her being to be mad at someone or to hate them. Even after what Meltdown and River had put her through, she only questioned their motives but never hated them for what they did. Even the wolf that had nearly killed her all those years ago, leaving her scars that had long since been covered up by fur, she did not hate.

Finally when she made it to the top and flopped over in exhaustion did she register the male below her at the sudden sound of his voice. “I dun think ya were gunna make dat.” he says, his words a lazy drawl but ones that make her jump up in surprise none the less. Violet eyes stare down at the primarily black male with red legs in surprise as he grins up at her, her mind rapidly questioning how long he had been there and been watching her in general. As his tail wags, so to does hers as she offers him a friendly smile in return. His words register with her and she can't help the giggle that slips from her lips like a gentle butterfly. "You can do most anything you put your mind to," she says quoting something her adoptive mother had always told her, her voice so sweet it might even attract the bees in the area. Out of habit, her chest puffed out, something that was both humorous and adorable to anyone watching.

She watches as he moves so smoothly over to another rock a short distance away, this one much smaller and easier to climb. “I….er…..I dun talk ta girls all dat much, eh? So maybe I say summin’ wrong, ya just gotta tell me if I do eh?” he admits with a grin, and it is the first time she has really taken notice of his accent with a slight flick of her ear. She had no trouble understand it, picking out the words from his unique way of speaking with ease. She smiles down to him, her smile so warm and reassuring for any sheepish or awkward things he may feel or say. "I don't believe you will but that's quite alright," she says kindly, hoping to inspire some confidence in him about talking to girls like her so he could be more comfortable. She may have just met this male, but she liked him and he seemed incredibly nice, so she was already looking out for him.

“I ‘erd ya laughin before, dija fall off dat rock? Ya only got dem little legs, dat’s why ya fell. Das alright though, reckon we need some more girls dat ain’t all dat tall, makes us boys feel less good when all dem girls is just as tall.” he says with a grin, chuckling at his joke that she caught. She laughed along with him, her voice like that of a songbird, tail wagging upon the stone with a slight tapping noise. She was always good spirited about everything, and so she didn't mind at all him bringing up her little legs. "You boys are just going to have to keep getting taller then!" she jokes with a wink, laughing as she pictures male wolves as tall as trees walking around. "I was actually laughing at myself because before I had even jumped I fell and hit the rock," Aviias continues, giving him an embarrassed grin at her admission. The small girl of greys quickly extends her splayed paw for him to see. From where he sits, he should be able to see the way her toes are spread strangely and how the paw twists slightly. "This would be why I fell, I fall a lot because of it."

“Imma Guardian, I used ta live in Diveen but I got kicked out now I live in dem mountains but I came ‘ere ta go for a walk.” he says, introducing himself and where he lives. She smiles, liking his name. "It's a pleasure to meet you Guardian, my name is Aviias, a healer from Taviora, out for a walk just like you until I found this rock," The small grey girl says, tail consistently tapping on the rock to its own rhythm. She took notice of the fact that he was from Diveen and that he had been kicked out of his home, which made her sad because she knew how Shiloh's parents had lost the pack. There had been so many wolves that had fled from there to Taviora, it was hard not to know about it. Guardian had chosen the mountain as his new sanctuary. "I'm sorry to hear about your home Guardian, but its good to hear that you found a place to stay in Spirane," She said, offering him a small sad smile because it really was sad that so many wolves had to leave their home like that, that they didn't feel safe or comfortable enough to stay.

Silently she wondered if Guardian was an angel. He had all the coloration to be one and had lived in Diveen up until recently. If he was she also wondered if he was related to Shiloh, or if he even knew her, and so she decided to ask, to get to know more about her new friend. "If you don't mind me asking, do you know a wolf named Shiloh? She's one of my closest friends, no, more like a sister; the closest thing I have to family, she's always looked out for me, despite being younger than me," she asks with genuine curiosity, sort of babbling a little bit after. She offers a small laugh at the fact that Shiloh always took care of her despite their small age difference, despite the sad fact that she had no family. It didn't matter to her though, as long as she had her friends she had all the family she would ever need.
