While she had noticed Peets was a bit less skittish, she had not attributed it to the floating remnants, but more to being around people and finally starting to recover due to exposure. She looked around with a bit more appreciation. Perhaps these small blessings were better than she thought, because it certainly made life easier to not have Peets running off every time Whimsy was around. She laughed at his story of Peets running from the glowing balls thinking the sky was falling, like a character from a story, though with a bit more reason behind her thought. And at least the hunting of remnants would keep him suitably entertained.

The term "petting" as far as the remnants was concerned struck Whimsy a bit weird. "Petting all the pieces of magic?! That is a weird way of putting it. It is not as if they are sentient beings..." Though she pauses a bit, since what does she really know about magic. "Well, let me know if you come across any really nice-to-pet soft magic balls" she jokes. The owners probably would never even know, since she doubted they could affect the remnants, even as the remnants affected them.

Whimsy noticed the mare's dancing antics at every squirrel's night wanderings, and tried to send her soothing signals of reassurance. Certainly she had not noticed anything strange, or any enemies come to capture them. Besides, who would want to harm a green skinned man and a tiny seamstress? It did not make any logical sense. "I'm sure he won't sing that song again, Peets. Will you Calvin? Sing about riding, or flying, or magic balls floating around Shaman. Not creepy people cursed by history." She shudders, feeling cold. She doubts they will ever break that curse, considering they do not even remember.

To lighten the mood she skips ahead, picking some yellow flowers to braid into a wreath. She really does enjoy Calvin's company, even when he scares her a little sometimes. "Look! We can make a crown!" Luckily she does not need to be drunk to join in his happy, silly mood, smiling and skipping ahead again to pick more flowers to add into the woven chain she is creating.
