Dead memories of a Legend
Chapter IV Armaggedon
This was the perfect path. They would not have time for me right now. Not with my message in form of a nearly dying wolf to them and a prisoner with them. They would have targeted me otherwise. Everything was going perfectly well. I need to call more of their attention. Those angels are underestimating me and what I am capable of. They will come for me, oh they will. If they`re not, already. I made sure to go through the most open path so they could come after me. Send a true spy or track me as I went to the crags.
My pace was constant and not a bit worried about anything, while my ears and eyes were alert to any sort of movement. I would just need this. It was the final step, I am so close. I made my way through the fields, with not a care in the world when suddenly this wolf appeared on my way. He seemed awfully dirty and just chilling. It was common here, I guess. It is a nice spot to rest. I chose to walk right by him. He wouldn`t get on my way, I`m sure. But as I passed he jumped and pulled his tail back. I stopped and looked down. Did it truly?
- Excuse me then... - I said dismissively, apologising.
I'm not buying any unnecessary fights. It is simply not smart to do and a waste of time. I was about to go on my way, leaving him to analyse the damage to his beloved tail. Whatever. When he spoke. Well, how dare he.
- I'm not... And would never be.
I did not stop, continuing on my way, flicking my tail in irritation. It is a long way to the rocky lands. No waste of time. No need to kill anybody else.
My form suddenly stopped and my frame turned slowly.
- But if I was... What would be the problem in that?
Anger slowly growing in my voice, as if I truly was an angel. Let's see if he is of any use. Or perhaps just a curious soul.
