Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

This is my Fate.

He had heard of all the changes. The dark pelted male was keen to the howls and calls of the lands. The ones regarding his grandfather’s death, the fall and eventual rise of Diveen once more into his family’s paws. Everything. He wasn’t sure how he felt about everything that had occurred. His family losing their home neither hurt nor made him happy. He was neutral to it all for that was the way things were. Kingdoms fell and rose leaving everything into question but it seemed the protégé child, the first born Achilles had gone back to take what was rightfully his. Haziel was not jealous of his older brother in the slightest. He knew the traditional way angels handled his type… That meaning Heyel’s traditional way. Haziel found his own path though and his own way to rise in the ranks and even now was providing to be a diplomat for Eden when the time came. Soon enough he would be going on a mission to Asteraia to learn what he could about their pack and beliefs and today why not catch up with Achilles and do the same?

He had picked up some rather interesting tricks that came with being blind. Sometimes he could hear their heart beat and winter was proving a prime time for that so long as there was no noisy snow crunching involved. There was no rustling of the leaves to distract the ears from what they were listening too or anything of that sort. Haziel still wasn’t sure what he felt towards Eden as well. The brute was odd to say the least, but really the blind crimson and black male had no other ideas on where to go. Taviora with its trees would be almost near impossible to navigate without many more embarrassing moments of bumping into those solid objects and Spirane too was almost impossible for a similar reason that cliff edges don’t have scents. Water at least still had land on the other side for him to smell and get too, Diveen he was born there and he could easily navigate but Asteraia was by far his favorite home where even he could run undaunted by the terrain. However with Alcmene, his soul here, he found it hard to leave even though it wasn’t his favorite location.

He would do what he could for Eden though, his blood and personality not able to keep him in the lower ranks. He wanted to rise up, gain Eden’s trust and continue working to help his pack. Today he figured he would start with the wandering scent of his brother on the borders. He knew Eden, while he had Haziel to help with such diplomatic events, liked to meet with Alpha and still gauge them for himself. He figured that was why Achilles was here now but Haziel couldn’t help himself he wanted to talk see how he was doing and his rule.

He had been navigating the lands towards his brother’s thick cologne his dark form soon coming into view for his brother. He paused a comfortable distance away from him. “Welcome to Glorall, Brother or should I call you King Achilles now?” It was not meant as a slight towards him. Haziel honestly did not know most of his siblings well enough to have an opinion upon them. Achilles however did always hold himself a bit more… higher… than the rest of them. Haziel however was still cordial when he could be. His tail didn’t wave his voice was rather neutral but not unwelcoming for the time. He supposed here was a good time to talk and get to know Achilles better and see how he was as a king before Eden arrived.

To see with eyes unclouded by hate.
Haziel.
