He hears the boy's pleas and yet, he does not respond. Or at least, he does not respond with words. The red of his eyes slides up to meet Luk's own before he begins to gnaw on the creature, daring it to let go. It seems to work for suddenly, he finds it swing from his jaw by its leg. It dangles awkwardly at first, the sharp points of its other legs scraping his fur as he arcs his neck in an effort to prevent it from grabbing any flesh. He watches, however, as Luk darts about, his head tilted in curiosity as he allows the crab to fall to the earth. Its body lands awkwardly and yet, he places its paw down upon it long before it can make an effort to escape. With his weight bearing down, he presses the crab into the softened sand, rendering it unable to move or lash out anymore. As the other bounds about, Elohim's ears found themselves shifting atop his skull. Another approaches and he is the first, it seems, to become aware; so very aware, in fact, for he has not seen such a face in some time. It is all too familiar in its paleness - his sister, an obvious fact found in their likeness. Despite her paleness and size, there is an uncanny resemblance between the two; the same keen, observant gaze and quietness that falls between them all. He is given to twitch towards her, unwilling to surrender his prize just yet, yet his tail and ears lash towards her in an effort to create closeness. It is then that the other boy comes to them, speaking in a strange tone that makes Elohim eye him curiously once more. His sister, of course, speaks before him but eventually, he too fills the air with the flat tone of his voice. "This creature," he states, lifting his paw slightly to allow the crab to feebly struggle, its legs scratching the sand quietly, "ought to be punished, don't you think?" It is an old answer to an old question, perhaps, and yet Elohim is never in a really to maintain order. He answers what he wishes when he wishes. He is more curious about this Luk wolf, after all, rather than the answers. He has not met this one before and he acts so very oddly. There is even a hint of amusement in Elohim's lips, his tail moving ever so slightly behind him as if caught in the dreariest of breezes.
